This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.orafragrance.ae. Our goal is to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery to our customers across the United Arab Emirates and selected Gulf countries.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain
  • Oman

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options depending on your delivery country and order value:

  • Standard Delivery with Tracking: Available for UAE and Gulf countries
  • Express Delivery with Tracking: Available for selected locations
  • Free Shipping: May be available for orders above the minimum order value shown at checkout

Shipping fees, delivery options, and any free shipping offers will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Timeframe

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1-3 business days
  • Gulf Countries: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including your full name, phone number, address, city, and country.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates and Gulf countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service at info@orafragrance.ae within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item or if your package is marked as delivered but not received.

Please include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of any damaged packaging or product so we can assist you quickly.


Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal of the package, or failure to respond to the courier, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.


International Shipping

At this time, we mainly ship within the United Arab Emirates and selected Gulf countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to your location.
